- All archive documents are unzipped and the only files with extension png, jpeg, jpg, pdf, tiff are uploaded.
- No of documents per API call is calculated after unzipping all the files.

Email
Size: Total size of email should be less than 25mb with attachments
No of the documents per email: 100
File Extension: [png, jpeg, jpg, pdf, zip, tiff, tiff]- All archive documents are unzipped and the only files with extension png, jpeg, jpg, pdf, tiff are uploaded.
- No of documents per API call is calculated after unzipping all the files.
For all the files not uploaded, you will receive the email with detail on the same email that was used to send the documents. Here is a sample email:-
Error Message on email:
- image_less_than_5kb
- invalid_file_type: If the file is not one of the supported extensions.

file_limit_exceeded: More than 100 files per email.
Important
- For email, images ( files with extension png, jpeg, jpg, tiff ) less or equal to 5kb are not uploaded as these are signature icons or other icons.
- For email, if the document are pdf files no size check is carried out. Any file more than 0kb and less than 25mb is uploaded.
- Currently, we don't support the variation of extension like tif in place of tiff. We'll be adding these in the future.
- If documents with more than 20 pages are uploaded, we process these document but the data extraction is carried out for the first 20 pages and the same pages are pushed to the review queue.
