To make the most of Chat AI, consider these rules and suggestions for asking questions effectively:

• Be Specific: Ask precise questions to get focused answers. For example, "What is the total revenue for Q3 2023?" instead of "Tell me about revenue."
• Use Keywords: Include important keywords related to your query. For instance, "Show me the customer contact details" rather than "Customer info."
• Avoid Ambiguity: Keep your questions clear and unambiguous. A question like "What's the status?" might lead to unclear responses.
• Provide Context: If needed, provide context for your question. For example, "In the invoice dated March 15, 2023, what's the payment status?"
• Use Document Specifics: Reference the document you're working on. For instance, "In the contract document, explain the termination clause."

Follow these Steps to Access and Use Chat AI in your Account

Step 1: Access Chat AI Tab:

• Start by opening your document on the review screen.

Step 2:Navigate to Chat AI:

• At the top left corner, click on the "Chat AI" tab.
  

Step 3: Type Your Question:

• In the side navigation that appears, you'll find a text box at the bottom of the page. Type your question here.
  

Step 4: Submit Your Question:

• Hit "Enter" to submit your question.

Step 5: Receive Response:

• Your response should arrive within moments. Chat AI will provide information from the document that is relevant to your question.

Step 6: Information Reference:

• With the response, you also receive an "Information Reference" option. This allows you to identify from which part of the document the output was generated.
