Dropbox
Docsumo allows you to automate data imports directly from Dropbox, enhancing your document processing workflows. Once you integrate your Dropbox account, Docsumo can access and import files seamlessly. This guide provides a step-by-step walkthrough for setting up the integration.
- Access the Integration Library
- Navigate to the Integrations tab from the left-hand panel on your Docsumo dashboard.
- Select Connector Library to view all available integration options.
- Select Dropbox Integration
- Locate the Dropbox connector in the list.
- Click on Add Integration under the Dropbox option.
- Name Your Integration
- A pop-up window will appear prompting you to provide an integration name.
- Enter a unique name for this integration (e.g., "Dropbox_Invoice_Integration").
- Click Confirm and Integrate to proceed.
- Authenticate Your Dropbox Account
- You will be redirected to the Dropbox OAuth authentication page.
- Sign in with your Dropbox account that you wish to integrate with Docsumo.
- Grant Permissions
- Review the permissions requested by Docsumo:
- Access content in your Dropbox account: Docsumo will be able to view and download files in your Dropbox.
- Access shared files: Docsumo will be able to access shared files within your account.
- Click Allow to grant the necessary permissions.
- Review the permissions requested by Docsumo:
- Complete the Integration
- After granting permissions, you will be redirected back to Docsumo.
- Navigate to the My Integrations tab within the Integrations section.
- You should see your Dropbox integration listed with a "Connected" status.
Post-Integration Setup
- Once your integration is successfully configured, Docsumo will be able to:
- Automatically import files from your connected Dropbox account.
- Enable seamless processing of documents stored in Dropbox.
Managing Your Integration
- To manage or disconnect your integration, visit the My Integrations tab.
- Use the options next to your integration name to modify or remove it.
