Changing Your Plan

Need to adjust your subscription as your needs grow? Here’s how to upgrade or downgrade your plan.

For Starter, Growth, and Pro Plans

You can upgrade or downgrade anytime directly from the product:

1. Go to Settings > Billing > Plans.
2. Select your desired plan (Starter, Growth, or Pro).
3. Review the selected plan and billing amount on the checkout page.
4. Click Confirm to activate the new plan immediately.

For Business and Enterprise Plans

These plans require assistance from the Customer Success team:

1. Go to Settings > Billing > Overview.
2. Click Upgrade next to the subscription you want to modify.
3. In the pop-up, you can:
   • Adjust page volume
   • View real-time cost estimates
4. Click Confirm and Pay to request the upgrade.
