Subscribing to a Plan for the First Time

Getting started with Docsumo is easy! Follow the steps below to subscribe to a plan that suits your document automation needs.


Plans You Can Subscribe to via Product

You can self-subscribe to the following plans directly from the Docsumo platform:

  • Starter – Perfect for firms getting started with Document AI.
  • Growth – Best for teams with basic automation needs.
  • Pro – Ideal for businesses with a high influx of documents.
  • Enterprise - Enterprise-grade automation tailored to your business needs. Learn more

How to Subscribe via the Product

  1. Log in to your Docsumo account.
  2. Go to Settings > Billing > Plans.
  3. Browse the available plans and click Upgrade under the plan you want.
  4. Enter your billing details and payment method.
  5. Click Confirm & Subscribe.

You’ll be instantly upgraded and your usage limits will update right away.


Subscribing to Business or Enterprise Plans

The Business and Enterprise plans are tailored for large-scale document processing and come with advanced features, custom limits, and dedicated support.

To subscribe:

  1. Go to Settings > Billing > Plans.
  2. Click Talk to us under the Business or Enterprise plan.
  3. A member of our Customer Success Team will reach out to help you onboard.
