Can we identify duplicate files or data in Docsumo?

Yes, Docsumo can flag a file or data for duplication. You can achieve this by marking a specific field as unique. If the same field appears in another document, Docsumo will flag it as a duplicate.

For example, if a batch of documents is uploaded today and a second batch is uploaded tomorrow with one of the same documents from the previous batch, the repeated document, such as an invoice with the same number, will be flagged as a duplicate since Docsumo detects the identical data.
