Can we send the original file back into one drive or SharePoint from where it was uploaded?

We do not push the original file back into one drive or SharePoint from where it was uploaded but base64 of the file with signature can be generated and sent to webhook. Webhook is triggered on doc status change. so signature includes datetime of that event and user.
