Custom Auto-Classifier
The Custom Auto Classifier lets you classify uploaded documents into specific, predefined document categories selected by you.
- Selecting Document Types
- Select predefined document types (or create new ones) to proceed with classification. You may also add custom document types by entering their names in the "Add names" field. Uploaded documents will be classified only into selected document types.
- Upload Documents
- After selecting specific document types, you will see an upload modal.
- Use the drag-and-drop feature or click "Upload" to upload documents.
- Supported formats include JPG, JPEG, PNG, TIFF, PDF, XLSX, and XLS, with a maximum file size of 35MB (no password protection).
- Auto-Classifier View
- Once uploaded, you will be directed to the Auto-Classifier screen.
- The following statuses will be displayed:
- Processing: Documents currently being classified.
- Unclassified: Documents that the AI could not classify.
- Classified Categories: Once at least one document is classified, the classification categories (e.g., Acord 28) will be displayed.
Expanding a Classification Category
- Click to expand a classification category (e.g., Acord 28). You will see:
- A list of all documents within the classifier doctype.
- Options to view documents by clicking the "View" icon.
- The ability to move documents to another doctype by clicking "Move to."
- The option to review classifications by clicking "Review Classification."
- Adding New Document Categories
Click "Add Document Classification" to create a new category.
Reprocess existing files to classify them into the new category. - Handling Unclassified Documents
Manually assign unclassified files to an existing or new document type.
